Open DC Sdn Bhd, a carrier-neutral and AI-ready data centre provider, has announced capacity expansion plans at its facilities in D8-1 in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah and PE2 in Bayan Lepas, Penang, as demand for data centre capacity and connectivity grows across the region.
“As a long-standing data centre operator in Northern Malaysia, our mission has always been to build digital infrastructure that serves the region beyond traditional clusters,” said Wong Weng Yew (pic), Managing Director of Open DC.
“With our initial-phase capacity substantially committed, we are expanding to meet demand from our customers and the market as it develops.”
